Dips and Chips

Ingredients:
 g Empower Foods, Wraps: Power Wrap
 g Oil, blend of monounsaturated vegetable oils
 g Tuna, unflavoured, canned in vegetable oil, drained
 g Cream, rich or double thick

Directions:


1. Add all the oil to the empower bread (can be cooked in individual pieces) and bake in oven. Season with salt/pepper any other spices desired. Bake until crispy.
2. Mix tuna and cream together and use as a dip.
Provides: 2 x fat exchanges if the whole meal is eaten (including chips and tuna dip)
