Chicken mayo and salad 3:1

Ingredients:
 g Cucumber, common, unpeeled, raw
 g SPC, Fruit Snacks, canned & packaged: Snack Pack, Diced Peaches
 g Coles, Cream: Double Cream
 g Chicken Roasted or Rotisseried: Chicken, Breast, meat & skin, roasted / rotisseried with seasoning
 g S & W, Mayonnaise: Mayonnaise, Whole Egg
 g Avocado, raw
 g Tomato, cherry or grape, raw

Directions:


To serve -
Shred chicken and combine with mayo and some of the avocado
Cut up salad vegetables (tomato, cucumber and avocado)
Serve diced peaches with double thick cream for dessert
